About CVRSE
Cascade View Residential Structural Engineering PLLC was founded to bring a higher level of engineering clarity and confidence to residential and commercial projects.
After decades working in advanced engineering environments, Patrick Stickler saw a consistent challenge: homeowners, contractors, and even design professionals often struggled to get engineering guidance and plans that were both technically sound and easy to understand.
Too often, customers were challenged with navigating the design, build and permitting process. CVRSE was created to change that. Today, CVRSE provides engineering services for remodels, additions, repairs, new construction, and permit support.
Every project is approached with a focus on practical solutions, clear communication, and sound documentation. Safety is foremost, with a focus on consistent ready-to-permit plans and jurisdictional approval.
OWNER & FOUNDER
Meet Patrick B. Stickler
Patrick Stickler, PhD, PE, brings over 30 years of structural engineering experience across residential, commercial, and aerospace applications. Before founding CVRSE, he worked on design of high-performance systems in aviation, military, and aerospace environments, focusing on advanced materials, failure analysis, and complex structural behavior.
He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, along with advanced degrees in engineering and manufacturing systems, and has taught at the university level, published in peer-reviewed journals, contributed to industry conferences, served on technical committees, and developed patented engineering solutions.
